Shoreline Player of the Week – March 24-30

Shoreline CC Dolphins host Edmonds CC Tritons in NWAACC first weekend of 2014 league play at Meridian Park, Shoreline, Wa.

The Shoreline Dolphin player of the week is right handed pitcher Mike McCormack. He currently has a 0.00 earned run average after 11.1 innings in four games.

This weekend against Edmonds Community College, a team with great at bats and a team average of .320,  McCormack only allowed three hits in five innings. McCormack strong play ended a scoring streak by the Tritons and allowed the Dolphins to swing a 10-0 scoring run to a 11-7 ball game.

McCormack looks to continue to bring strength to the mound this weekend as the Dolphins take on the Bellevue Bulldogs. Shoreline will travel to Bellevue on Saturday and then return home on Sunday at Meridian Park. Both double headers will begin at 1:00pm.
