The Shoreline Dolphin player of the week is 1st Basemen Jorgen Arnesen! Last week Arnesen batted in six runs for the Dolphins to lead them to their first region victory of the season over Everett Community College!
Arnesen hit a double in the final inning of game three against the Trojans to score two runs and tying the game up for the Dolphins! After Arnesen’s play the Dolphins earned two walks and won the game on a walk-off 5-4.
On the weekend Arnesen continually came up strong when the team needed him. In the final game of the match up he went 1-4 at bat. He scored a run, forced an error and batted in three runs. Overall Arnesen has a .267 batting average and has 11 runs batted in, the most of any Dolphin.
