The Dolphins struggled during last weekends play against the Douglas Royals. Although Shoreline was able to keep the games close the Royals took all four wins sweeping the Dolphins.

On Saturday the Dolphins traveled north for a rainy day in Canada to take on the Royals. Game one began with Mitch Mondor on the mound. It was a pitching battle and tied 1-1 up to the fifth inning. The Dolphins took 1 run lead with a sacrifice fly by Cody Wolfe scoring Casey Fithian. The Royals were able to strike back scoring four runs, a deficit the Dolphins could not make up leaving the final score 6-4 Royals.

The teams struggled through the rain trying two finish game two but only made it through three and half innings at Douglas. Leaving the puddles behind the teams finished the game in Shoreline. Although Josh Herrera was able to hold the Royals on Sunday the Dolphin bats were not able to score any runs. The Royals took the shutout for a 5-0 win.
