The Shoreline Athletic Department is proud to honor these sophomores at tonight’s basketball games versus Everett. The ceremony will occur between games, roughly five minutes after the conclusion of the women’s game. The women’s game will begin at 5:30pm with the men following at 7:30pm.
Congratulations to these sophomores! We are so proud of our Women’s Basketball, Men’s Basketball, and Cheer sophomore student-athletes for their tremendous commitment, hard work, and dedication over the last two years. The Athletic Department wants to thank each of our sophomores for being model student-athletes on the floor, on the field, and in the classroom. We wish them the very best as they continue completing their academic goals here at Shoreline Community College and wherever their academic pursuits take them from here.
This is Magen’s second season as a Dolphin. She has 259 rebounds and 227 points scored in her career.
Magen would like to thank her parents for supporting her and flying to see her play. She would also like to thank Darnellia for inspiring her to further her basketball career.
Magen is planning to transfer to a four-year university in hopes of continuing to play basketball while pursing a degree in psychology. Magen is the daughter of Marion and Angie Lloyd.
This is Justice’s second season with the Dolphins. She’s scored 246 points, grabbed 285 rebounds, and has 60 blocks in her career.
Justice would like to thank Darnellia for improving her game along with her parents for supporting her throughout her athletic career.
Justice is planning to transfer to a four-year university to pursue a degree in elementary education. Justice is the daughter of Bridge Schmidt and Barry Perry.
Austin is in his second season with the Dolphins. He has scored 288 points and has 48 steals in his career.
Austin would like to thank his parents and the coaching staff. He would specifically like to thank Coach Adam for his support. Lastly, Austin would like to thank his teammates, especially the sophomores, for being like family.
Austin is planning to transfer to a four-year to play basketball and pursuing a degree in business finance. Austin is the son of Thaddeus and Brenda Jordt.
Josh is in his second season as a Dolphin. He has scored 142 points and has dished out 86 assists.
Josh would like to thank his parents for all their support through the years. He also wants to thank the coaching staff for their commitment to the team. Josh says it has been a privilege to pursue an education and play for Shoreline.
Josh is planning to transfer to either University of Washington or to Multnomah University and is planning to study elementary education. Josh is the son of Adji and Marisa Wisnubroto.
Ryan has been a Dolphin for two years. He has scored 344 points in his career, grabbed 231 rebounds, and has 50 blocks.
Ryan would like to thank the coaching staff and his teammates for an amazing experience. He would like to wish his sophomore brothers the best of luck with their journeys.
Ryan plans to continue his education and is leaning towards a degree in business. Ryan is the son of Tolentino and Susan Reyes.
This is Adam’s second season with the Dolphins. He has scored 369 points and grabbed 343 rebounds in his career.
Adam would like to thank his parents, his coaches, and his teammates for their support of his basketball career. He’d especially like to thank Coaches Jose and Brady for giving him the opportunity to come back and play this year.
Adam is planning to attend a four-year to play basketball while pursing a degree. Adam is the son of Thaddeus & Lisa Thompson.
This is Antonio’s first year as a Dolphin after playing a year elsewhere. He has scored 85 points and grabbed 33 rebounds this season.
Antonio would like to thank his coaches and teammates for giving him the opportunity to play with them. He wants to thank the Shoreline athletic staff and fans for supporting the team this season.
Antonio hopes to continue his basketball career at a four-year university and plans to study business administration and journalism. Antonio is the son of Phillip & Cynthia Green.
The Shoreline Athletic Department would like to recognize the efforts of our two sophomore cheerleaders, Kaila and Gabby.
The two started the cheer club last year and have been an integral part of enhancing the game day experience ever since. We want to thank them for their commitment to excellence in boosting student spirit and audience engagement!
