Volleyball– Shoreline Volleyball has been on the road and this past Wednesday September 6th visited Pierce College to take on Highline and Pierce College. The Phin’s opened up beating Highline 3-2 but then dropped the next match to Pierce 3-2. Ashlee Conklin led the way with a combined 41 kills on the day. Coming up, Saturday September 16th Shoreline will travel to Everett for the 2017 Trojan Invitational Tournament. They will face Whatcom at 11am and Wenatchee Valley at 2pm. Wednesday September 20th the Phin’s open up North Region play at Skagit Valley before returning home to open up the home schedule vs. rival Edmonds at 7pm.

Women’s Soccer– The ladies kicked off North Region play Saturday vs. dropping the match to North power Peninsula 8-0 bringing their record to 0-2-1. The Phin’s will rebound and host Skagit Valley at home on Wednesday at 2pm and Edmonds on Saturday at Noon.

Men’s Soccer– The Men also hosted North power Peninsula and fought hard to a 1-1 draw bringing their record to 2-1-1. Pedro Castro notched his 6th goal of the season in just the Phin’s 4th match. Hector Martines has the assist his 2nd and Genero Ruiz recorded 14 saves giving him 34 on the season. Castro and Ruiz still lead the NWAC in goals and saves. Up next the Phin’s will host Skagit Valley at 4:15pm on Wednesday and Edmonds, Saturday at 2:15pm.
